Refund policy

At Metabolix, we strive to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all our users. Due to the nature of our medically-supervised programs and pharmaceutical protocols, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy once the order has been confirmed and invoiced.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed and invoiced by our pharmacy partners cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

All medications are procured on a prescription basis and are personalized to each patient’s treatment plan, making cancellations unfeasible once fulfillment has begun.

Any cancellation request raised before pharmacy invoicing may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to review and discretion of the Metabolix support team.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be processed once the pharmacy partner has raised an invoice for your order.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after placing the order.

Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control.

Discontinuation of medication by the patient post-dispatch.

In the rare case of:

Damaged or incorrect medication received, you must report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and assist in coordination with the pharmacy partner for resolution.

Eligibility-based cancellations (e.g., if a doctor deems you ineligible for the program after payment), any eligible refund will be initiated only before invoicing, and will take 3–5 business days to process.

Please note: Medications are temperature-sensitive and prescribed only after medical evaluation. Once dispatched, they cannot be resold or reused, hence the strict refund policy.
